CONTACT is a month long annual festival that celebrates Canadian and international photography through education, exhibition and dialogue. This festival claims to be the largest annual photography event in North America. Held in May.
DAYLESFORD FOTO BIENNALE
A month long photography festival held in June in the town of Daylesford, Victoria. The first festival was in June 2005.
EXPOSURE
Hereford Photography Festival, founded in 1989 and now the longest running (and possibly the only) annual photography festival in the UK. A registered charity that is constituted as a private company limited by guarantee, the festival has a group of Members dedicated to the development of photography. Usually held in October each year.

Noorderlicht is an annual photofestival, alternating between the Dutch cities Groningen and Leeuwarden.
Noorderlicht usually takes place between September and October.
PERPIGNAN
The International Photojournalism Festival (France).
PINGYAO INTERNATIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL
First held in September 2001 this is now an annual event staged in the ancient city of Pingyao, a city initially founded in the Western Zhou Dynasty (C.1100-771.B.C.).
