FotoFreo 2010 Workshops
How to enrol
All bookings are to be made online. Please contact us if this is problematic for you, we will see how we can best assist you.
1. Select the workshop you are interested in and click on 'Book Now' or alternatively go to the FotoFreo Bookings page where you will find all ticketed events.
2. Select the price - 'Mates Rate' or 'Unregistered' and click on 'Add to cart'. To find out more about registration click here.
3.You will be taken to your shopping cart on our PayPal payment platform. You can choose the quantity of workshop places you would like.
4. Payment can be done using your credit card, debit card or your PayPal account.
Note: You do NOT need to sign up for a PayPal account. Please look for the Visa and Mastercard logo after proceeding to checkout and click on "Continue".
5. Once we have received the payment notification from PayPal we will send you a tax receipt and invoice as well as any additonal information you may require for the workshop. You will need to bring your tax receipt and invoice to the workshop as your proof of booking.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Equipment and Materials
The workshop fee covers the cost of tuition only. You will need to bring your own camera(s) to the workshop as well as any additional equipment that might be requested. Specific equipment may be made available to you for the duration of the workshop only.
Refund Policy
A full refund will be given to participants if the workshop they are enrolled in is cancelled by FotoFreo due to under enrolment or otherwise. Notice of the cancellation will be given at the latest 4 days before the commencement of the workshop.
Participants cancelling by the 1st March will receive a 50% refund. After this date cancellations will not be refunded.
There will be no refunds given for absences from workshops.
Workshop Cancellation
FotoFreo has the right to cancel a workshop due to under enrolment. The decision to cancel a workshop is made at least 4 days before the commencement of the workshop and notice will be given to participants via email or phone contact.
FotoFreo has the right to make changes to a workshop, workshop time, workshop location or tutor before the start of the workshop. In the unlikely event that these changes are made, no refund will be given for the scheduled workshop.
Privacy Policy
Any personal details recorded by FotoFreo will be used only for the purposes of your enrolment in a FotoFreo workshop and to notify you of future FotoFreo events. If you do not wish for these details to be used by FotoFreo, please contact FotoFreo to register this request. No personal information will be disclosed outside FotoFreo without your expressed consent, except where required by law.
