GREG HOCKING
2006 South West Photo Tour Leader
Outside of his landscape work, Greg Hocking runs a commercial photography business
servicing Architects and Corporations. Greg has been involved in photography tours to
overseas and Australian locations as well having lectured in photography at both TAFE and
University.
 Greg Hocking (Master of Photography and Fellow of the
Australian Institute of Professional Photography, B Sc, Dip Photog,) has been awarded the
AIPP Australian Landscape Photographer of the Year in 1997 and 1999 as well as the WA
Landscape photographer of the Year for 1996 and 1998. Greg has won the WA AIPP Curators
Award on three occasions for his Fine Art Photography. In 2005 Greg was recognized by
Hasselblad Sweden as their first-ever Australian Hasselblad Master.
